Vendor benefits & requirements

All food court shells include electrical connections, basic catering equipment and a fridge. Vendors will be supplied with speed point machines in a cashless environment.

Merchandise stalls include staff seating, sales counter, mirrors, hanging clothes rails and shelves. Shell fascia will carry the vendor name in the event font colour; logos may appear alongside.

To maintain variety, we will limit vendors to 5 per cuisine and may reserve anchor positions for brands such as Kentucky Fried Chicken, Sausage Saloon and Kauai.

Vendor FAQs

How many vendors per cuisine? We accept up to 5 vendors per cuisine to maintain variety. We may reserve anchor slots for select national brands.

What’s included in my shell? Food shells include electrical connections, basic catering equipment and a fridge. Merchandise shells include staff seating, counter, mirrors, hanging rails and shelves. Fascia carries your name in the event font colour; a logo may appear alongside.

Is the event cashless? Yes. Speed point machines will be supplied to all vendors. A 25% vendor fee applies on sales.

Do I need permits or certificates? Vendors must comply with all applicable local health and safety regulations. Specific documentation will be confirmed upon acceptance.

Power and utilities: Indicate your power & equipment needs in the application; final allocations are confirmed on acceptance.

Waste & water: Shared waste and water points will be available at designated areas; details are provided in the vendor pack.

Load‑in / Load‑out: Load‑in windows and vehicle routes will be allocated and confirmed in advance of the event.

Insurance & security: General site security is provided; vendors are responsible for their own stock and liability insurance.
