Where? Old Grey Event Centre, Bloemfontein.
How do I buy tickets? Use the TICKETS & INFO page to purchase or register.
Age policy? NYCP is primarily 18+, with a supervised Kidz Zone (ages 5–15) available.
Shuttles (R35): Southern Sun Municipality Community Centre Mimosa Mall. Collections 15:00–19:00; returns 00:30–01:30.
Group travel (from R120): Coaches from Welkom (12:00), Kroonstad (15:00), Maseru & Sandton (10:00).
Bolt e‑hailing: Discounted event rates via our partner Bolt. See Transport Concierge page to reserve.
Onsite parking is reserved for vendors, sponsors, organisers, security, medical and dignitaries. Please use the shuttles, group travel or e‑hailing options.
Required at entry: Event ticket (digital or printed) and positive photo ID. Bag checks will be conducted. Prohibited items: weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, outside alcohol (full list subject to security review). Security and medical teams are on site throughout the event.
NYCP is a cashless event. Vendors accept card and provided speed point devices at all stalls. Food court and merchandise options will be available throughout the venue.
Supervised Kidz Zone available. Check‑in 17:30–18:30; Check‑out 00:30–01:00. Limited capacity, pre‑booking required. See Kidz Zone page for details and pricing.

NYCP proceeds in most weather conditions. Dress appropriately for an outdoor celebration. Any critical weather updates will be communicated on site and via our channels.
